Return Policy

Please check the product page for the item in question.  Cleaning supplies and water filtration are not returnable.  There must be a valid reason to return items that we sell. They are specific for the brands we carry and are intended to be serviced and installed by trained professionals.

Placing a machine order on our website creates a binding purchase agreement. Superautomatic machines require site preparation, water treatment, and professional installation, so we strongly encourage a conversation with our team before you order.

If a machine order is cancelled after it is placed, a cancellation fee of 25% of the machine price applies. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before order processing begins are not subject to this fee but may be subject to deduction of any processing fees charged by our web store processor.

Machines listed on our website are machines we stock in the United States. If you work with us to special order a machine of different configuration, once that order is placed and the import process started, that order is not refundable for any reason.

Parts & equipment falls under warranty claim parameters (below). 

Warranty Policy on New Equipment

Warranty covers parts related to defects of the machine for a period of 1 year from purchase.  Warranty does not cover water-related issues, normal wear and tear, or issues related to abuse or misuse of the machines. All Super Automatic Espresso machines MUST be installed with a BWT BESTmax water filter or pre-approved equivalent and be installed by a Best Coffee Gear trained technician to carry a warranty.
