John and Sharla Holladay founded Best Beverage Equipment Service in 2001, quickly building a strong national presence in service, support, sales, and remanufacturing. In 2021, we sold that business—but coffee equipment is in our blood.

Recognizing ongoing challenges in the industry, we established BEST Coffee Gear to meet the growing need for reliable super-automatic espresso and coffee equipment. Our goal: reduce costly repairs and unnecessary downtime.

To achieve this, we partner with manufacturers like Thermoplan (Switzerland) and Ryoma Coffee World (Italy), both known for their quality craftsmanship and modular component systems that simplify service and maintenance. Their thoughtful designs help speed up repairs and minimize equipment downtime. Because great coffee starts with great water, we also partner with BWT for dependable water filtration systems.

In addition to super-automatics, we offer traditional espresso machines, standard coffee and tea brewers, and full setup solutions. We also remanufacture and sell various commercial beverage equipment brands—and purchase used equipment during upgrade rollouts.
